Steven Saba is the Founder / Director / Lead Consultant of Saba Early Childhood Consultancy (SECC) — an organisation dedicated to empowering early childhood services through creativity, leadership, and quality practice.
With nearly a decade of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry, Steven has worked closely with children aged 0–6 years, educators, and management teams across a range of service settings. His career journey reflects genuine growth and passion — from Casual Educator to Preschool Teacher, Educational Leader, and now Assistant Director at Colour My World Children’s Centre.
Steven holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Bachelor of Music specialising in Songwriting, and a Certificate in Preschool Music Education. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Education, further deepening his expertise in pedagogy, leadership, and child development.
Drawing from both his educational and musical backgrounds, Steven brings a unique blend of creativity and professionalism to his consultancy work. His experience collaborating with educators, management teams, songwriters, and musicians has shaped his ability to build strong, motivated teams and inspire positive workplace culture.
As an entrepreneur and consultant, Steven founded SECC to support services in achieving sustainable excellence — combining leadership mentoring, curriculum enrichment, and music-based learning experiences that inspire both educators and children to thrive.

Diane Saba
Diane brings over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, with her background as Owner/Director/Nominated Supervisor at Colour My World Children’s Centre. She offers deep practical insight into curriculum development, daily practice, mentoring educators, and supporting quality outcomes within early learning environments.
Rob Saba
With his background of leadership as Director of My Doggy Daycare - Gladesville, Rob has many years of experience in business leadership and operations. Rob is also experienced in wellbeing-focused practice through his work as a “Be You” representative for independent services, supporting organisations to strengthen mental health awareness, staff wellbeing, and positive workplace culture. His approach aligns leadership, wellbeing, and organisational health to help teams operate effectively while prioritising people.
Elizabeth Saba
Elizabeth has over a decade of experience in the Early Learning and OOSH industries, including Educational Leadership experience in ECEC and OOSH, and her experience as Director of Pacific Hills OOSH. Her expertise includes operational leadership, compliance, program planning for school-aged children, and supporting teams to deliver engaging, age-appropriate care experiences.
Nathan Saba
With his background of studying at the Sports Business Academy with the Manly Sea Eagles NRL Club, Nathan brings many years of experience across sports, leadership, and management. He supports SECC programs that focus on teamwork, physical development, leadership skills, and performance culture. His work bridges structured sport, leadership development, and organisational growth.
Ray Saba
With his background of Administration, Photography, Musicianship and more, Ray brings many years of experience in Music, media, and digital marketing through his work with “Boost Ur Biz.” He supports SECC through creative content, media strategy, branding and digital marketing, helping bring educational initiatives and community engagement to life through modern platforms.
