Steven Saba is the Founder / Director / Lead Consultant of Saba Early Childhood Consultancy (SECC) — an organisation dedicated to empowering early childhood services through creativity, leadership, and quality practice.

With nearly a decade of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry, Steven has worked closely with children aged 0–6 years, educators, and management teams across a range of service settings. His career journey reflects genuine growth and passion — from Casual Educator to Preschool Teacher, Educational Leader, and now Assistant Director at Colour My World Children’s Centre.

Steven holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Bachelor of Music specialising in Songwriting, and a Certificate in Preschool Music Education. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Education, further deepening his expertise in pedagogy, leadership, and child development.

Drawing from both his educational and musical backgrounds, Steven brings a unique blend of creativity and professionalism to his consultancy work. His experience collaborating with educators, management teams, songwriters, and musicians has shaped his ability to build strong, motivated teams and inspire positive workplace culture.

As an entrepreneur and consultant, Steven founded SECC to support services in achieving sustainable excellence — combining leadership mentoring, curriculum enrichment, and music-based learning experiences that inspire both educators and children to thrive.
